Sportsman/Street and Pro Class Box ADRA Regulations

Starting with the 2010 race season all Pro and Sportsman Vehicles will be subject to RANDOM CHECKS for delay boxes.  Be advised random checks are not limited to the initial visit to the tech shed.  You may be asked to make the vehicle available for inspection at any time during the event weekend.

This does not apply to time trials, gamblers, quick 32, etc., however, if entering a NBox race (eg. Gamblers) the box must be removed from the vehicle.

Any of the above vehicles found with an delay box of any kind in or on the vehicle ( whether wired or not ) during elimination racing shall result in:

First offence - Immediate disqualification of driver and vehicle from the event, forfeiture of any and all entry fees paid, any and all winnings (money), as well as loss of any track and ADRA points for that event.
All other tracks will be alerted.  The first offence will be filed against the vehicle and driver at all tracks as if it occurred at each track.

Second Offence - Immediate disqualification of driver and vehicle from the event, forfeiture of any and all entry fees paid, any and all winnings (money), as well as loss of any track and ADRA points for the year.  The offending driver will be fined $100.00 (Payable to the ADRA as a donation).

Failure to pay the fine will result in the driver and vehicle being barred from all tracks in the Maritimes until the fine is paid.

Third Offence - Both the vehicle and driver shall be banned from further events for the balance of the year at all tracks in the Maritimes .  In the event this occurs at the last regular or points event of the year at any track the vehicle and driver shall be banned for the following year.
